Benefits of IV Drip Therapy
An IV drip sends fluids, vitamins and minerals straight into your bloodstream, so they skip your digestive system. It’s an easy way to refuel while you relax, whether you’re training hard, traveling or running on empty.
Hydration
Help your body rehydrate after hard training, a flight or a long day in Albuquerque’s dry, mile-high air.
Energy Support
B vitamins and B12 help your body turn food into energy, so each drip is designed to support your energy.
Immune Support
Vitamin C and key minerals are designed to support your immune system through busy, stressful stretches.
Workout Recovery
Fluids, magnesium and calcium are designed to support your muscles between tough training sessions.
Skin and Antioxidant Support
Your body uses vitamin C to make collagen. The Crown adds extra vitamin C plus glutathione, an antioxidant.
Easy, Relaxing Visits
Sit back for 30 to 45 minutes. Read, scroll or nap while your IV runs. A B12 shot takes just a few minutes.
Results vary from person to person.

IV Drip and B12 Shot FAQ
Still have a question? Call us and we’ll help.
IV therapy can help you rehydrate and refuel with vitamins and minerals your body uses every day. People choose it for hydration, energy support, immune support and workout recovery. Results vary from person to person.
At Royal Medical Health, The Crown and The Knight’s Recovery IVs are $200 each. The Vanguard B12 Energy Shot is $50. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit.
The Vanguard B12 Energy Shot is $50 at Royal Medical Health. It takes just a few minutes, with no IV.
An IV goes straight into your bloodstream, while water and vitamin pills pass through your digestive system first. Many people choose an IV for convenience, or when they want more than one nutrient in a single visit.
Active adults, frequent travelers and busy people often choose IV therapy. Your provider will confirm that it’s a good fit during your health screening.
Our Myers’ Cocktail IV drip in Albuquerque has IV fluids, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B12 and B-complex vitamins.
IV fluids help you rehydrate after a hard workout, and our Myers’ Cocktail adds nutrients designed to support your muscles. Research on faster recovery is still limited, so ask your provider which option fits your goals.
B12 helps your body make healthy red blood cells and turn food into energy, and low B12 can leave you tired and weak. If your levels are already normal, you may not notice a change. Your provider can help you decide if a shot is right for you.
Plan on about 30 minutes for The Knight’s Recovery and about 45 minutes for The Crown. The Vanguard takes just a few minutes. Your first visit may take longer because of your health screening.
There’s no standard schedule for wellness IVs. Your provider will help you decide based on your health and goals.
IV therapy isn’t right for everyone, so you must be 18 or older and have a brief health screening before your first service. Side effects can include soreness or bruising at the needle site, light-headedness, fainting, upset stomach, allergic reaction or infection. Tell your provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney or heart problems, G6PD deficiency or hemochromatosis, or are allergic to cobalt or vitamins. Also share any medicines you take. After your visit, get medical care right away for fever, chills, dizziness, a fast heartbeat, a rash or trouble breathing.
We use only injectable-grade glutathione. IV glutathione is a compounded drug, and no FDA-approved version exists in the US.
Anti-doping rules ban IV infusions over 100 mL in 12 hours at clinics like ours. Check with USADA or your sport’s anti-doping body before you book any service here.
