Body Shaping (HIFU/ultrasonic) targets large areas like abdomen, thighs, and flanks using non-invasive ultrasound to reduce fat and tighten skin. Kybella is an injectable specifically for the chin area to eliminate the double-chin appearance. Dr. Bornaei will recommend the right approach based on your target area and goals.

Body Shaping results typically appear over four to six weeks as your body naturally processes destroyed fat cells. Kybella results develop over several treatment sessions spaced six weeks apart. Most patients see full results three to six months after their last treatment.

Non-surgical body contouring has minimal to no downtime. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or tenderness for a day or two after Kybella. Body Shaping (HIFU) has essentially no downtime and you can return to normal activities immediately.
