Expert Instruction by Certified Faculty
Hands-On, One-to-One Training
Each certification course includes:
- Lecture (2–3 Hours)
- Product usage protocols
- Latest medical guidelines
- Patient preparation & administration
- Contraindications & patient selection
- Standard of care and safety
Live Clinical Practice (2–3 Hours)
- Supervised hands-on training
- Practice on real patients in a clinical setting
Model Policy
You may bring your own model, use yourself, or request one.
Model Fee: $350 per model (if we provide).
Please allow at least 2 weeks’ notice if a model is needed.
Product Included – No Extra Fees
Your tuition includes the following for one model per class:
- Botox Class: 40 units of Dysport
- Filler Class: Up to 1cc of Restylane
- PDO Thread Lift: 6 smooth PDO threads
- PRP Class: Patient’s own PRP sample
Sharing with a colleague? Tuition may be split. If both participants want their own set of products, an additional $350 per class applies.

Certification
Receive a certificate of completion for each course, valid in all 50 U.S. states. No prior aesthetic experience or employment is required.
Pricing
Each class includes live patient practice. You can also elect to participate in the live patient practice only.
Adding a colleague? $350 extra per class if they want their own product.

Dr. Maryam Bornaei is a respected leader in aesthetic and wellness medicine, known for her innovative approach and dedication to patient care. As the owner of Royal Medical Health, she combines her extensive clinical experience with a passion for teaching, making her a sought-after instructor and practitioner in both aesthetic medicine and mental wellness.
With over a decade of experience as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Bornaei has served patients in hospitals, urgent care facilities, and family practice settings. In the last five years, she has also trained numerous nurse practitioners, sharing her expertise and insights to help others excel in aesthetic medicine. Her mission is to elevate the standards of care in the industry, empowering doctors and nurses to bring the healing benefits of aesthetic medicine to their own patients.
